Patricia Choi has been named as #3 on the list of top brokers for the United States.  Patricia was recognized as one of America's top real estate agents and is now a member of "The Real Estate Top 200," a new national awards ranking sponsored by The Wall Street Journal and published in its Saturday, November 11th issue.  The Real Estate Top 200 rankings were announced this month at the National Association of Realtors' (NAR) Annual Conference and Expo in New Orleans.

According to The Real Estate Top 200, Patricia Choi achieved a sales volume of over $200 Million, ranking her third in the nation.

"Choi ranks in an elite group of individual agents and teams from markets throughout the nation and she should be quite proud to join the ranks of The Real Estate Top 200," said Marti Gallardo, Vice President of Classified Advertising for The Wall Street Journal.

"With more than 1 million real estate agents nationwide, becoming a member of The Real Estate Top 200 is an incredible accomplishment and this ranking is our way of paying tribute to America's top real estate agents like Patricia Choi," said Anne Murray-Randolph, publisher of lore Magazine.

The Real Estate Top 200 awards program was developed jointly by The Wall Street Journal's Business Development Group and REAL Trends, a leading source of analysis and information for the residential real estate brokerage industry.  The Real Estate Top 200, compiled and analyzed by REAL Trends, honors America's elite real estate agents and their companies in four categories - individual agents' sales volume and transaction sides, and brokerage firms' sales volume and transaction sides.  Information on the winners can be found online at www.RealEstateJournal.com, The Wall Street Journal's real estate web site.
